Available This Week — October 16, 2017:

It’s getting late in the season, and the freezers are evidence.  We currently have available:

A somewhat limited selection of our Milk & Meadow Rosé Veal.  We’ve got veal breast, a couple of roasts, plenty of cutlets, a few chops, and a bit of organ meats.

A bit more of our delicious heritage pork from our Large Black–Hampshire cross hogs.  Cuts available:

  • Ground pork (unseasoned — make your own sausage!)
  • Bone-in loin chops
  • Bone-in loin roast
  • Belly (full slab–a fall’s worth of bacon!–ranging from about 10 to 12 lbs. each)
  • Spare ribs
  • Shoulder roast
  • Fresh (uncured) ham roast (great for pulled pork)
  • Fresh (uncured) hocks

Lastly, we’re all full up for our 2017 Poultry CSA, but we’ll have some heritage breed turkeys available for Thanksgiving.  Now’s the time to pre-order yours!
