Available This Week — March 25, 2019:

There are still a few ducks left in the freezer from last December’s batch, to hold you over until it becomes time to start processing this season’s batches in just two short weeks.

We’ve got a full complement of our milk-and-grass-fed rose veal, from ground veal (perfect for meatballs and meatloaf, but great in burgers as well) and roasts to chops and steaks and cutlets to shank and soup bones (for some of the best stock you’re likely to make).  And we’ve reduced prices across the board!
